Kovu Labs is a Nairobi-based technology consultancy delivering enterprise ERP, custom hardware, and IT infrastructure for businesses across Kenya and East Africa.

Kovu Labs started as a one-person Odoo consultancy — taking on implementations that larger firms considered too small to bother with, and doing them properly.
Over time, clients kept asking for more: can you set up our server? can you build a workstation for the warehouse team? can you sort out our network? The answer was always yes — and the service offering grew from there.
The name Kovu comes from the Swahili word for scar — the permanent mark left behind. That's the standard we hold ourselves to. Every deployment, every build, every cable run should leave the business in a measurably better state than we found it.
We're based in Nairobi and serve clients across Kenya and East Africa — from single-site SMEs to multi-branch operations running complex ERP configurations.

Started as a solo Odoo consultant
First implementations across retail and distribution clients in Nairobi.
Expanded into IT infrastructure
Server deployments and structured cabling added to the service offering.
